AIR MONITORING SECTION


AIR LAB


The Air Lab, located at 4675 Homer Ohio Lane, Groveport, Ohio is the main test and repair facility for the OEPA's ambient air monitoring program. The facility is responsible for calibration and repair of the following continuous monitoring equipment:

·         Sulfur Dioxide (SO2)

·         Carbon Monoxide (CO)

·         Ozone (O3)

·         Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2)

The Air Lab also maintains associated support equipment such as data loggers, modems, chart recorders, and meterological devices. Technical assistance for continuous monitoring equipment is provided to any district office, as well as, any local Air Pollution Control Agency. The Air Lab is the home of the RADS (Remote Ambient-Air Data System.)
